Meet at our Chevy Chase store (317 S. Ashland Ave., Lexington) on the following days:
Tuesday and Thursday evenings
6:00 p.m.
3-5 miles
Saturday mornings
7:00 a.m. (May - Sept.), 8:00 a.m. (Oct. - Apr.)
Go any distance you want. Many use this time for long runs of 6+ miles.

John’s Run/Walk Shop Ambassador
We’re looking for local people who are enthusiastic about supporting small businesses! Ambassadors receive special benefits in exchange for a six-month commitment to helping promote the store and our races to the local community. Runners and walkers of all paces are welcome to apply.
Ambassador Benefits:
Free entries to John’s Bluegrass Racing Company events
Free John’s Run/Walk Shop singlet or T-shirt and JRWS Hat

Requirements:
Volunteer for one John’s Bluegrass Racing Company race
Wear JRWS apparel in races

Attend the Iron Horse Half Marathon, Bluegrass 10k, and one additional John’s Bluegrass Racing Event
Attend two group run/walks each week
