Sharpen your track & field skills, or get your first taste of the sport. Students in kindergarten through eighth grade are welcome to participate in free clinics on June 11 and 25 at the Asbury University Track.
Participants will practice 50m, 100m, 400m, 800m, 1600m, long jump, and turbo javelin with coaching from John’s Run/Walk Shop and the University of Kentucky Kinesiology and Health Promotion Department.
Then, join us on June 18 and July 2 for All-Comers’ Track Meets. All ages and abilities are welcome to compete at these meets. Clinic 1 happens on June 11.
